It All Starts With the Foundation.

Every great pizza starts with a crust worth trusting. At 425° we give you three ways to build it.

Traditional Crust — 16 inch. The classic. Thick enough to hold everything you load onto it and sturdy enough to come out of your oven with that perfect chew that makes you go back for a second slice before the first one is gone.

Thin Crust — 14 or 16 inch. Crispy from edge to edge. Light enough that you can justify a third slice. Bold enough that it holds up under every topping you throw at it.

How to Pull Off the Perfect Bake Every Time.

Taking your pizza home and nailing the bake is the whole point. Here is how to make sure it comes out exactly right.

Pro move — Want an even crispier bottom? In the last 5 minutes of baking slide the pizza directly onto the lowest rack. It gets the crust closer to the heat and the difference is noticeable.

Can you bake it tomorrow? Yes. The day after? Still yes. Keep it in the fridge in the box and it stays fresh for up to two days. You can also freeze it and bake it whenever life calls for pizza, which is more often than you think, but if that's the case, just pick up a new one.
